Leutrim Miftaraj is an author and independent publisher based in Zug, Switzerland. He writes about identity, behaviour change, and personal transformation in a world shaped by technology, automation, and constant change.
His debut book, Identity Over Discipline, argues that self-image and psychology drive our actions far more than willpower or motivation ever could — and offers practical frameworks for rewiring the internal operating system behind our decisions.
Alongside his writing, Leutrim is the founder and managing director of Innopulse Consulting, where he leads digital transformation, SaaS, and IT strategy mandates for Swiss and DACH organisations. He holds an MSc in Innovation Management and combines a builder's rigour with insights from psychology and human behaviour.
