Every environment is quietly casting votes for some version of you. The phone on the desk votes for distraction; the guitar on the stand votes for playing. Most people try to overpower these votes with willpower, and lose, because the environment votes every single moment and willpower doesn't.
Make the environment agree with you
Aligning your surroundings with the identity you want is one of the highest-leverage moves in the book. When the room agrees with who you're becoming, consistency stops being a fight and starts being the default.
