The ENGINE Method

A six-stage protocol — Excavate, Name, Ground, Install, Neutralise, Embody — for installing a new identity step by step.

The ENGINE Method is the practical core of Identity Over Discipline. It converts the principle of identity-based change into a repeatable procedure with a concrete output at each stage.

The six stages move from surfacing the current identity (Excavate) to defining the new one (Name), gathering evidence (Ground), building loops (Install), moving through resistance (Neutralise), and finally embodiment (Embody), where the new identity stops feeling like effort.
